MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Michigan man is in custody after police found heroin and crack cocaine at a Morgantown apartment.
Delon Price, 26, of Detroit, Michigan is charged with two counts of conspiracy to distribute heroin, one count of possession with intent to deliver heroin, and possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine.
The arrest was a result of a search warrant executed at 740 Willey St. in Morgantown Thursday. Officers from the Morgantown Police Department and WVU Police Department assisted the Mon Metro Drug Task Force with the search and arrest.
Delivery charges can carry up to 15 years in prison and a fine of up to $25,000, if convicted.
Price was arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court Thursday.
