Michigan man pleads to Monongalia County drug charge in federal court

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A Michigan man has admitted in court on a drug charge that could land him up to two decades in prison.

Christopher “Red” Lloyd, 33, of Detroit, pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting distribution of oxycodone, admitting in court to selling the drug in Nov. 2015 in Monongalia County.

Lloyd faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000,000.

The investigation was funded by the federal Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Program.
