MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a missing man last seen in the 600 block of Cheat Road.
Larry Napper is described as a white male, 5-feet 10-inches, 120 pounds, with short brown hair, a short brown beard, and brown eyes. Napper was last seen wearing a black Under Armour hoodie, gray sweatpants, and a red hat.
Napper was last heard from at 5 a.m. Saturday, January 27 when he phoned a friend to tell them he was going to the docks in Granville.
