MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. Monongalia County Circuit Court Judge Paul Gwaltney has announced two opportunities for special marriage service for the month of February.
Couples can reserve time for ceremonies for Valentine’s Day on February 14 and Leap Day on February 29. Ceremonies can be scheduled on either day from 1 to 5 p.m.
Couples are required to have a marriage license issued that is available from the Monongalia County Clerk, about two blocks north of the Justice Center.
