CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A Morgantown man is facing charges after being accused of receiving and possessing sexually explicit images of children.
Christopher Harp, 38, of Morgantown allegedly received the images online, including some with children as young as 12-years-old.
Harp could be sentenced to up to 20 years in federal prison for the possession charge and at least five and up to 20 years for each of the three counts of receipt of child pornography.
