MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A Morgantown man is facing sexual misconduct charges after police allege he went into a woman’s home and assaulted her Nov. 14.
Police say Eric Sohni, 54, let himself into the apartment, forced the woman on the bed, and assaulted her.
Sohni has been charged with second-degree sexual assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
