Morgantown man charged with making terroristic threats

MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. A Monongalia County man has been charged with making terrorist threats following a confrontation with dispatchers at MECCA 911 and deputies.

Deputies said on January 28, a man later identified as Moses Tennant told dispatchers to send police with body bags; he didn’t care if they killed everyone on earth and finished the call by saying,”Bring it.”

When the police arrived at the residence, they ordered the tenant to come to the door, but instead they said he got off the couch and laid down on the floor.

Deputies made forced entry and placed the tenant under arrest. After being handcuffed, Tennant forced police to carry him.

Tennant was taken to J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital before being arraigned.
