MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The City of Morgantown Development Services Department is encouraging the public to participate in the Housing Affordability Market Analysis.
The survey will help city leaders identify housing gaps across all income groups for renters and home buyers.
All residents of Monongalia County and commuters coming to Monongalia County for work or school are invited to participate. The analysis results will help support our community’s future housing affordability priorities and implementation strategies. This survey is confidential and is
