MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A Morgantown man was cited in an accident that sent one woman to the hospital.
According to the Morgantown Police Department Gary Flanagan was backing his vehicle onto Stewart Street when his vehicle struck and rolled over a pedestrian.
She may have suffered a broken leg and was transported to Ruby Memorial Hospital’s emergency department for treatment.
Flanagan had been dropping off passengers at a house in the 800 block of Stewart Street about 10:45 Tuesday night when the accident happened.
