MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Mon County Sheriff’s Department will resume normal hours of operation (Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) on June 1.
Appointments for concealed weapon permits can be scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. by calling 304-291-7260. Permits can still be submitted by mail as well.
No appointment is needed for fingerprinting Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Visitors to the department will be required to have their temperature taken and will be asked to wear a mask.
Residents should conduct as much business as possible by phone or mail when possible.
