FAIRMONT, W.Va. – An Overdose Spike Alert has been issued by the Marion County Quick Response Team.
In a social media post, officials said three overdoses and one death have been reported in the last 24-hours on an unspecified substance.
Officials urge users to get and keep Narcan and drug test strips and avoid using them alone.
