FAIRMONT, W.Va. – A Hurricane man faces felony strangulation charges in connection with an alleged attack on a 12-year-old in Marion County.
Police said Steven Lively, 36, strangled the 12-year-old Sunday leaving red marks on the child’s neck.
Lively is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
