FAIRMONT, W.Va. – One person was injured and several hundred were left in the dark after a crash into a power line in Marion County.
Deputies from the Marion County Sheriff’s Department responded at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday near Fairmont on East Grafton Road.
At one point, more than 2,000 Mon Power customers had power disruptions due to the accident.
One person was transported with unspecified injuries.
The accident investigation is ongoing.
