MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – According to the The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department, the found in a vehicle off Dry Run Road has been identified as Jessie Lee Young, 40, of Winchester, Virginia.
Young was found in a car July 5 over a hillside along Dry Run Road. Detectives are now looking for information to determine why he was in the area and how he ended off the road and over the hillside.
