MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The United States Marshals Service is looking for James Tyrone Pugh. Pugh is suspected of selling fentanyl in the Morgantown, Wheeling and Beckley areas.
Pugh is a black male, 5-feet, 8-inches tall and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
