Police seeking one suspect in Rite Aid robbery

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Police are investigating an armed robbery and seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect.

Officers responded at 9:12 p.m. Wednesday at the Rite Aid Pharmacy on Patteson Drive after a report of a man demanding prescription medications.

The suspect is described as a 6’0” black man weighing around 160 pounds. He was wearing a black toboggan, a bulky green sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and was armed with a semi-automatic handgun.

He demanded received the medications, and then fled the area on foot.
