KINGWOOD, W.Va. – Phillip ‘Buckie’ Barlow went missing on May 29 and his burned out car was found abandoned on Shower Bath Road, his body was found June 8 in Fortney’s Mill after a ten day search, now police are looking for answers.
Since then, there have been two detectives and other agencies assigned to the case following leads and looking for tips. Police encourage anyone with security camera systems in the area to contact police. Detectives remind the public that any seemingly insignificant information could be an important part in solving the case and bringing closure to the family.
