BRUCETON MILLS, W.Va. – The Preston County Sheriff’s Department has charged Ronald Fetsco, 80, of Bruceton Mills, with sexual abuse.
Fetsco allegedly went to a home in Bruceton Mills to talk to the victims husband. When she let him in he grabbed her breasts and asked if he could play with them saying, “Nobody needs to know.” When the woman told Fetsco to stop he continued and pinned her on a couch causing a bruise on her arm.
When the woman screamed Fetsco fled the home. The victim then reported the crime to the Preston County Sheriff’s Department.
Fetsco has been charged with first degree sexual abuse.
