KINGWOOD, W.Va. — Police in Preston County are searching for a registered sex offender who violated his home confinement.
Earl Ernest Inscore III, 44, of Preston County is believed to be 5’10”, 194 pounds. He has tattoos on his upper right arm, on his back, a tattoo of “EARL” on his right forearm, tattoos on his middle finger, right ring finger, shoulder, and left wrist.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts are asked to call 911 immediately.
A capias warrant has been issued for his arrest.
