CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – An employee of the USP Bruceton Mills has admitted to punching an inmate without cause.
U.S. Attorney Bill Powell says cook supervisor, Tony Moore, 39, punched the inmate without cause in November of 2017.
Moore faces up to one-year in prison and a fine of $1,000.
