MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. – Monongalia County Sheriff’s deputies are searching for a Dellslow area juvenile missing since Wednesday morning.
Deputies said Seth Kennedy, 16, was last seen at 6:16 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26. Seth is near his home. Kennedy is described as a white male, 5-feet 6-inches tall and 189 pounds, and was wearing black Adidas athletic pants and a black shirt with Mickey Mouse on it.
