MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Tuesday afternoon, Morgantown police arrested the suspect in the September 23 shooting that killed Chadwick Malone.
Around 3:25 p.m. Michael Comey, of Pittsburgh, was identified and taken into custody during a routine traffic stop near Marilla Park.
Corney is being held.
