STONEWOOD, W.Va. – West Virginia State Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Stonewood woman who may have bipolar disorder.
Tracy Marrs-Posey, 48, was last seen in Stonewood Oct. 5, according to Chief of Police Robert Matheny, II.
Marrs-Posey is described as a white female, five fett, eight inches tall and about one hundred seventy pounds. Police say she has bipolar disorder and may need help.
