Speeding investigation results in two arrests in Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – West Virginia State Police arrested a pair from Masontown for drugs after a stop for speeding in the Morgantown area on Friday.

Troppers made contact with a driver, Mark Lambert, 45, and Rebecca Lambert, 36, both of Masontown.

When Rebecca exited the vehicle, a bag of suspected methamphetamine fell from her lap, which allowed police to conduct a probable cause search.
