State Supreme Court of Appeals to hear five cases in Morgantown this week

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The state Supreme Court of Appeals will convene at the West Virginia University College of Law to hear arguments in five cases on Tuesday, April 5.

Beginning at 10 a.m. the court will hear five cases in the Marlyn E. Lugar Courtroom. The courtroom will open for spectators at 9 a.m. and the session is expected to end around 2 p.m.
