Street restrictions announced for Morgantown Pride Parade

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The Morgantown Police Department has announced plans to restrict traffic in downtown for the Pride Parade Friday evening.

Traffic patterns will change to accommodate the parade down High Street at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, October 27.

Lineup for the parade begins at 6 p.m. behind the former location of Panera Bread on North High Street, and the parade will step off at 7 p.m.

Street restrictions will be lifted after the parade disperses at Foundry Street.

Spectators should arrive downtown early for the best parking and viewing opportunities.
