MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – A Morgantown man faces multiple charges after police ellegedly discovered him illegally living in an apartment with drugs and a loaded weapon.
On Oct. 27, as police removed Charles Dudley, 33, from the residence police observed a bag. Police said the bag contained a large amount of suspected cocaine, suspected Percocets, $1,798 and a loaded handgun.
Dudley has been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
