WESTOVER, W.Va. A teen has been charged with malicious assault after an altercation in Westover that allegedly involved a tire iron.
On Oct. 26, Westover police said Madison Swiger, 18, was involved in a dispute with three juveniles at a home on Milan Street. One of the juveniles told police that Swiger hit one of them in the head with a tire iron.
The victim is reportedly hospitalized with a blood clot, according to police.
Swiger has been charged with malicious assault and is being held in the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
