Three charged in Madigan Avenue robbery

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Three men are facing felony charges after they allegedly robbed a man who has been reported missing from his Maryland home.

26-year-old Joshua Paul Austin, 24 year-old Dylan Lee Yoders Jr., and 23-year-old Charles Calvin Ralston are all facing charges following the robbery reported around 4:47 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13.

The suspects were accused of holding the victim down near the 300 block of Madigan Avenue while another held a knife to his throat. A third person went through his pockets and took his property.

The victim is classified with a special needs condition, last being reported missing and endangered from his home state of Maryland.

Yoders and Ralston are facing charges of first degree robbery and conspiracy.

Austin is facing the same charges, but was additionally discovered to be a fugitive wanted on unrelated charges in Pennsylvania. He will be extradited at a later time, police said Friday.
