Three people plead guilty to heroin charges in Monongalia County

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — Three people pled guilty to heroin distribution in federal court in Clarksburg Thursday.  Romelle Deshaun Stevens, 26, of Detroit, Michigan pled guilty to one count of distribution of heroin.  Stevens admitted to selling heroin in Monongalia County during December 2015.  He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $1,000,000.

Robert Tucker, 22, of Clarksburg, pled guilty to one count of aiding and abetting distribution of heroin. Tucker admitted to selling heroin in Monongalia County during August 2015. He faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $1,000,000.

Michaelo Merone, 30, of Westover, pled guilty to one count of distribution of heroin. Merone admitted to selling heroin in Monongalia County during October 2015. He faces not more than 20 years in prison and a fine not to exceed $1,000,000.
