MASONTOWN, W.Va. — Police are seeking two men in Preston County believed to have robbed a business in Masontown and assaulted an employee after hours.
Investigators with the Preston County Sheriff’s Department said their department responded to a call at 4:16 a.m. Thursday morning to Becky’s Hot Spot.
Two men wearing dark clothing are accused of assaulting an employee after business hours. The employee has been treated for injuries and released from the hospital.
Anyone who was traveling through the Masontown area in the early morning hours Thursday and may have witnessed anything is asked to contact investigators at (304) 329-1611.
