MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — A vehicle hit a pedestrian on Oakland Street in front of Oakland Hall about 10:15 Tuesday morning, according to emergency radio traffic.
MECCA911 stated that both University and Morgantown Police Departments are on the scene.
EMS has been called to treat the late-teens or early 20’s female patient, scanner traffic indicated. According to the traffic, the patient was conscious and still on the ground at the time of the call.
