MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — The Monongalia County Sheriff’s Department has released the identity of a shooting victim.
According to Chief Deputy Perry Palmer Austin Bink, 21 of Point Marion Road, was shot just before 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23.
The shooting occurred on Point Marion Road.
Bink has been receiving treatment at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
