Warrant service leads to two drug arrests in Clarksburg

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. Troopers from the West Virginia State Police made two drug arrests following a warrant service in a Clarksburg home.

Troopers searched the home on Liberty Avenue Tuesday and made contact with Mikayla Springer, 29, and Michael Sine, 41.

During the search, troopers randomly found a large plastic Tupperware container that contained a substance that field-tested positive for cocaine in a room. Troopers said the room also contained indentifying information from Springer and Sine.

Troopers also said they found a large amount of cash, a large quantity of foil, scales, cell phones, and small amounts of heroin and methamphetamine.

Springer and Sine have been charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and are being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
