Westover police arrest four in drug bust at Western Ave. home

WESTOVER, W.Va. — Four people are facing drug charges after a drug bust was executed at a Westover residence.

The Westover Police Department, with assistance from Granville PD, arrested Joshua Strobel, 33; Timothy Strobel, 59; Lutz Adamczyk, 53; and Courtney Carubia, 23, Wednesday morning after they were allegedly found at the Western Avenue home with various drugs and evidence of distribution.

According to a press release from Westover PD, the search took place at 2 a.m. based on information from a cooperating source that stated illegal narcotics were being sold on the property. After a warrant was obtained, officers searched the home and found approximately 22 grams of methamphetamine and 7 grams of cocaine mixed with fentanyl, along with several scales, plastic baggies, and financial paperwork.

Joshua Strobel, Lutz Adamczyk, and Courtney Carubia have been charged with possession with intent to distribute drugs and conspiracy. Timothy Strobel has been charged with conspiracy.
