WVU player charged domestic battery

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Tynice Martin, West Virginia University women’s basketball team guard, has been charged with domestic battery.

Court documents say Martin entered the home of ex-significant other on July 15 and pulled the victim’s hair. Another female shoved the victim against a storm door and began choking and beating her.

Martin is a red-shirt senior co-captain and averaged 18-points-per-game last season.
