CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – U.S. Attorney Bill Powell says Armand “Scrap” Taylor, 26, of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, will serve 18 months in prison for selling drugs in Harrison County.
Taylor entered a guilty plea to one count of distribution of heroin in June 2017 in Harrison County.
The Greater Harrison Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force and the West Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted with the investigation.
