SHINNSTON, W.Va. – Police in Harrison County have arrested a Shinnston woman in connection with a Fourth of July stabbing incident at Maloy Court.
Reports indicate Mary Kovar, 45, allegedly stabbed a male subject in the abdomen during a verbal altercation. The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
Kovar has been charged with unlawful wounding. She is being held in the North Central Regional Jail.
