CLARKSBURG, W.Va. – A welfare check led to the arrest of Harrison County man for drug charges.
Clarksburg police were called to Grant Street where they found Isaiah Thompson, 19, sleeping in his vehicle.
After waking him up police found $5,500 and more than 17 grams of marijuana.
Thompson has been charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana and taken to the North Central Regional Jail.
